The board of trustees discusses and makes decisions regarding the '''overall operation''' of the journal. However, major issues that do not involve confidential matters should be discussed at the journal's public forums, mainly at [[Talk:Main]]. Editorial board members are encouraged to '''invite''' potential additional participants to the journal.
When members have time, they should also do quality checking of content that others have made. In any case, board members are as welcome as any doctor to write content.
